Christi's experience in the catering industry and passion for cooking lead her to start her own business, where she was introduced to a new restauranteur. She later became his general manager and ran a successful restaurant for several years. However, catering continued to be Christi's desire. When she met Doug, a consultant for the restauranteur, during the new phases of the restaurant she was managing, the two knew they would make a wonderful team. Doug and Christi created Center Cut Catering in 2005.
Doug graduated from Florida State University with a Hospitality, Food & Beverage Degree. With extensive experience in the catering industry, he has opened, operated and consulted with many local and national restaurants. He has also had the ability to travel both nationally as well as internationally, giving him a wealth of culinary knowledge. His experience in running successful restaurants translates well into creating an intriguing environment, meal and true dining experience for your guests.
